An Orange County man who is already registered as a lifetime sex offender in has been charged with sexually assaulting a 17-year-old boy he met on Facebook about a month ago. He allegedly told the teen that he was a pornography director and wanted to cast him in a film.
The suspect arranged a meeting with the teen in an abandoned house, where he allegedly had sex with the teen and filmed sexual acts between the boy and another male. After the encounter the teen learned that the man was a registered sex offender and told his parents who contacted police.
The defendant has been charged with one felony count each of Contacting a Child with the Intent to Commit Oral Copulation, Oral Copulation of a Minor, Using a Minor for Sex Acts, Possession of Child Pornography and Distributing Child Pornography with prior convictions for Possession of Child Pornography and Employing a Minor to Create Pornography. If convicted of all counts, he could be sentenced to nine years and four months in state prison.
