Former NFL Player, Jerramy Stevens, Charged With DUI

Posted By Law Offices of Robert M. Bernstein || 1-May-2015

Jerramy Stevens, 35, former NFL player and husband of soccer star Hope Solo, was convicted of a DUI after driving a soccer van under the influence. Stevens was arrested on the DUI charge after he was stopped by an officer while driving the soccer van with the headlights off.

Stevens refused a blood test or breathalyzer which prompted the officers to obtain a search warrant to draw a blood sample. Stevens entered an open plea on two misdemeanor counts of driving with a .15% or more blood-alcohol content and driving under the influence within 10 years of a prior conviction from 2007. Stevens faces up to a year in County Jail.
