Reality TV star, Kim Richards, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a peace officer on early Wednesday following her removal from a Beverly Hills hotel. On April 16, Richards was removed from The Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel around 1:30 a.m., after she allegedly refused to leave. Police said hotel security had reported the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member was intoxicated and caused a disturbance. After being transported to the station for booking, Richards allegedly kicked an officer in the leg.

If convicted, she faces a possible maximum sentence of two years and six months in prison.
