Man Accused Of Kidnapping And Carving His Name Into His Girlfriend's Chest

Sergio Mendoza, 25, was arrested for kidnapping, threat and domestic battery after punching his girlfriend several times and preventing her from leaving his house. Mendoza told his girlfriend that could not leave the house unless she allowed him to carve his name into her chest with a razor blade.

After carving his name into her chest, he forced her inside his vehicle and drove around to several parking lots throughout the city where he preceded to choke, punch and head-butt her. His girlfriend managed to escape and run to a nearby business to report the abuse. Mendoza is charged with kidnapping, threat and domestic battery and is accused of using a deadly weapon in the attack.

If convicted, Mendoza faces up to 11 years and eight months in prison and is being held on a $100,000 bond.
