Posted By Attorney Robert M. Bernstein || 23-May-2013

Barbara Walter's daughter, Jacqueline Danforth, 44, was arrested for a DUI in Naples, Florida on May 19. According to the police report, Jacqueline was in the driver's seat of a Honda which was stopped on the highway without its lights on.

During the encounter, cops say both Jackie and a male passenger, described as her boyfriend, appeared to be extremely intoxicated. When police handcuffed the man, according to the police report , Danforth tussled with the cops and "began shouting."

"I was afraid that the suspect may run into traffic on the highway, so she was taken to the ground due to her unpredictable behavior, then secured in handcuffs," the arresting officer wrote in the police report. According to the report, Jacqueline eventually took a breathalyzer test and blew a .218, almost three times the legal limit. She was eventually arrested for a DUI, and was released an hour later on $1,000 bond.
