Rapper "2 Chainz" Arrested At LAX For Drug Possession

Rapper "2 Chainz" was arrested at LAX after officials found marijuana and a bottle of "purple drank" in his checked bag. "2 Chainz" real name is, Tauheed Epps, 35, was removed from a departing flight and arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. Airport police responded to a narcotics investigation in the baggage check area.

Transportation Security Administration agents told officers they found marijuana and a bottle of promethazine with codeine, the key ingredients in the drink known as "sizzurp" or "purple drank," in Epps' checked bag. 2 Chainz was booked at the Los Angeles Police Department Pacific Division. Epps was released that night on $10,000 bail.
