Posted By Attorney Robert Bernstein || 11-Jan-2013

Thomas Gibson, star of Criminal Minds, was arrested after he drove through a barricade set up to keep cars off the course of a nighttime half-marathon taking place in downtown Los Angeles. He was booked and released on $15,000 bail.

Gibson, also known for his starring role in Dharma & Greg, was initially stopped for trying to drive through the closed area, when police allegedly smelled alcohol on his breath. He was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI and taken into custody after he allegedly refused to take a Breathalyzer test.

If you, or someone you know has been charged with DUI, or any other type of crime, it is important to consult with an experienced Los Angeles criminal defense attorney who can aggressively defend your case.
