Teenagers Charged in the La Puente High School Soccer Team Sexual Hazing Case

Posted By Attorney Robert M. Bernstein || 8-Nov-2012

Earlier this year, four members of the La Puente High School boys' soccer team alleged that they were sexually assaulted in a ritual known as the "pole tradition," in which seniors of the soccer team sodomize new members with a stick in a storage room near the coach's office.

Three teenagers were arrested in relation to the alleged sexual hazing and have each been charged in Juvenile Court with several counts including one felony count of Sexual Penetration with a Foreign Object, one felony count of Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and multiple misdemeanor counts of Sexual Battery and Hazing.

If you, or someone you know has been charged with Sexual Battery, Sexual Penetration with a Foreign Object, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Hazing, or any other type of crime, it is important to consult with an experienced criminal lawyer in Los Angeles who knows the law and can protect your future.
