A Colorado man was arrested after allegedly stealing from a Target in Manhattan Beach while under the influence of methamphetamine and heroin.

Thor Burnam left Target with two PlayStation Vitas without paying. When Target's asset protection employees confronted him outside of the store, he fled on his motorcycle which he promptly crashed into a van. After the accident, Burnam allegedly fled on foot into a neighborhood where a civilian caught and held him until police arrived.

He was booked at the Manhattan Beach police department on burglary, hit and run, and driving under the influence.
