Actor Lane Garrison Charged with Battery; Violates Parole on Vehicular Manslaughter Conviction

Posted By Los Angeles Criminal Defense Attorney || 4-May-2012

Actor Lane Garrison has been charged with misdemeanor battery for hitting his ex-girlfriend in the lobby of her Beverly Hills apartment. Garrison allegedly struck Ashley Mattingly as the two were exiting an elevator in her apartment building. When witnesses approached the pair, Garrison ran from the building.

The 31-year-old actor is being held without bail because of a potential parole violation; he was convicted of Vehicular Manslaughter in 2007 after a fatal drunk driving crash killed a teenage boy.

Description: If you, or someone you know has been charged with battery, assault, driving under the influence, vehicular manslaughter, or any other type of crime, it is important to defend your rights by contacting an aggressive Los Angeles criminal lawyer as soon as possible.
