Nicholas Prugo, member of the so-called "Bling Ring," has plead no contest to two counts of felony Residential Burglary for burglarizing the homes of Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge. The ring's members are accused of taking part in break-ins between September 2008 and August 2009 at the homes of celebrities such as Orlando Bloom, Paris Hilton, Lohan, Brian Austin-Green and Megan Fox, making off with more than $3 million in designer clothes, jewelry and accessories.
According to his plea deal, Prugo will serve two years in state prison, pay restitution to the burglary victims, and is required to testify against three remaining defendants charged with breaking into the homes of Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan. His sentencing is scheduled for May 4 or a date when the pending cases have concluded.
The leader of the Bling Ring, Rachel Lee, has already been sentenced to a four-year prison term for burglarizing the home of Patridge, a former star of "The Hills."
