Martin Weiss, a Hollywood manager who specialized in representing young actors, had been facing eight felony counts of child molestation after an aspiring singer and musician he once represented accused him. He entered a no-contest plea to two counts of committing
lewd acts on a child under the age of 14.
Weiss has been sentenced to one year in county jail and five years of probation. He was also ordered to enter a sex offender program and must register as a sex offender. The judge instructed him to stay away from the victim and barred him from having access to any child under the age of 18 without another adult being present.
