Lindsay Lohan has been arrested again, this time at a Manhattan nightclub on an assault charge after allegedly hitting a woman in the face during an argument. It wasn't immediately clear what prompted the fight, however, the other club patron involved was not expected to face charges.
Hours later, Lohan was charged in California for a June crash in which she wrecked her Porsche into a dump truck and allegedly lied to police that her assistant was driving. Detectives have since determined that Lindsay herself was driving the vehicle at the time. She is charged with three misdemeanors: reckless driving, Providing False Information to Police and Willfully Obstructing a Police Officer from their duties. No date for Lohan's arraignment was announced, but the charges are likely to trigger a probation violation for a 2011 Theft case.
