Comedy Star Fred Willard Arrested for Lewd Conduct in Hollywood

Fred Willard, a veteran comedic actor who has appeared in more than 200 films such as "This Is Spinal Tap" and "Best In Show," as well as the TV series "Everybody Loves Raymond," was recently arrested for lewd conduct in an adult movie theater in Hollywood.

Willard was allegedly caught watching movies with his pants down when police did a routine sweep of the theater. The 72-year-old actor was booked for lewd conduct and later released.

Lewd conduct is a misdemeanor offense. The penalties and sentencing can include probation, fines, counseling, an AIDS test, and up to one year in county jail.

If you or someone you know has been charged with lewd conduct, indecent exposure, or any other type of sex crime, it is important to contact an experienced Los Angeles criminal attorney to fight for your rights.
