Former "Home Improvement" Star Charged with DUI and Possession of Drugs

Los Angeles Police arrested Former "Home Improvement" star, Taran Noah Smith, when they noticed him behind the wheel of a vehicle parked in front of a fire hydrant. Upon further investigation of the situation, they discovered hashish in his car.
Smith has been charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and Possession of a Controlled Substance. If convicted on both misdemeanor counts, he faces up to a year and a half in jail and $1,500 in fines.
