Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to Jail

Lindsay Lohan has been sent to jail, rehab, community service and counseling numerous times since her first arrest in 2007 forDriving Under the Influence. Recently, Lohan has been sentenced to 300 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation related to two DUI's and her latest Grand Theft case.

Lohan will only have to serve 30 days in jail if she completes 53 days of community service at the county morgue and eighteen 45-minute psychotherapy sessions by March 29, 2012. Lohan has been ordered to turn herself into the Lynwood Correctional Facility by November 9, however, she will likely be released almost immediately due to overcrowding at the jail. Should Lohan violate the terms of her new probation, a warrant will be issued for her arrest and she will be forced to serve the remaining 270 days of her sentence.

The Judge also advised Lohan to stop Tweeting about her community service at the morgue and asked officials there to no longer hold news conferences about her. She is not allowed to leave the country and can only leave the state for work or family-related purposes.
