Santa Ana Man charged with Burglary and Assault

A Santa Ana man, Ozro Lee, was recently charged with breaking into an Orange County home, hitting an invalid grandmother and performing a lewd act in front of the woman and her two young granddaughters.

Lee pried open the front door and allegedly confronted the resident, a 59-year-old grandmother who is a partially paralyzed stroke victim, and her granddaughters, ages 7 and 9.  Lee exposed and touched himself, then struck the grandmother.

Lee was arrested near the home on the night of the alleged incident and was charged with one felony count each of first degree residential burglary of an inhabited dwelling, indecent exposure after unlawful entry, aggravated assault, and two felony counts of child annoyance after trespass, and a sentencing enhancement allegation for non-accomplice present during a residential burglary.

If Lee is convicted of all charges he could get up to nine years in state prison.
