Orange County Sex Offender Convicted

Vaughn Robert Biby, a registered sex offender, already had nine prior convictions for lewd acts on minors in Orange and Los Angeles counties.  He had been out on parole for a year and a half when he was arrested once again after the Fullerton Police Department and the Department of Probation conducted Sex Offender Compliance Check searches on selected high-risk sex offenders last year.

Police found hundreds of thousands of pictures and videos showing infants and young children being raped, murdered and tortured.

Biby pled guilty to one felony count each of possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a child.  He also admitted sentencing enhancements for nine prior strike convictions for lewd acts on children.

Biby has been sentenced to two sentences of 25-years-to-life to run concurrently.
