Orange County Man Arrested after Masturbating to Porn in Public Library

Joseph Cormier of Laguna Beach was arrested for Lewd Conduct and Possession of Marijuana after a man reported that Cormier was masturbating and watching porn on a computer at a Laguna Beach public library.
When officers arrived at the library, they found Cormier at the computer and he was identified by the reporting citizen.
If convicted of Lewd Conduct, Cormier could face a maximum of six months in the county jail, up to $1,000.00 in fines, and lifetime Sex Offender Registration.
